Prepare Your Package
Place the unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
